stayed up all night watching holohoax videos because evil conspiracies are momentarily “interesting”. Is it about understanding the enemies? Is it about how everything is propaganda? Is it my interest in revisionist history that deems itself outsider or the “truth”? These types of people are supposedly professing the truth and consider themselves the courageous anti-heroes of intellect and history. It’s astonishing to me. All evidence of evil, in all types, are consistently opposed and at least seems to gain some kind of traction. Every day I see and feel offensive friction from almost everyone I come in contact with virtually and physically. Maybe these are micro-aggressions or maybe they are just idiosyncratic personality quirks that “naturally” invade individual comfort zones. Obviously they are not always violent friction but some form of defense mechanism, pride, ego, judgement, competitiveness, etc. This is only “human”, but we/I are also told to become more sensitive to other identities in all forms. When we become ultra-sensitive we/i/you may also lose certain types of tribal or juvenile forms of humor but maybe it is for a better conscience. There is most likely no pristine and perfect moralist who has never hurt feelings because there is no perfect person and people love schadenfreude because in the end I think we are extremely weak beings. It’s not that I don’t think that there is beauty and good in the world, I’d hope there’s a balance. I also think I tend to focus on the negative because I simply see and feel the injustice and unfairness of existence. The holocaust deniers, the racial realists, the alt-right, the greedy, and the dangerousness of all types of people due to terrible circumstance rationalize what they do out of pride and fear. I am not really a believer in “reality” or “truth”. One person’s counter point is enough for me to at least philosophically weigh in. I think science can be fictionalized and fiction can become science. I think hard science creates physical things and soft science creates ideological things. Science is great when it attempts to prove something in law. I think some forms of mysticism and supernaturalism are alive and well in everyone. Having had the breaks from “reality” and professionally deemed psychotic at certain points I know what it means to be metaphysically broken down into an alien being that is taken over by something else. What exactly that something else is, I really don’t know. One can just say it is just brain chemistry deviating from the norm. Is reality really just a synthetic norm? It must be more complicated than that, it must be infinite but that infinity really can only be guessed.
