Safety Propaganda is a collaborative media project curated by the writer and artist Adam Lehrer, that will platform criticism, poetry, theory, art, fiction, photography and any creative production that dares to challenge and divert from regime ideology. We commit to publishing ideas that would be considered off limits by the bourgeois structures of the mainstream publishing and art worlds. Real art, the art that can’t be absorbed back into a neoliberal marketplace, is met with widespread contempt and scorn. Iconoclasts, neurodivergents and free thinkers are hated as much now as they’ve ever been in modern history. Safety Propaganda is a space of dissent, of provocation, of taboo, of the abject, of the sublime, and of art in all its moral complexity and troubling character.
