Had a very similar experience probably brought on by medication. Around 9 years old I got pretty sick and missed school for days. Remember very vividly feeling like I was holding am invisible sphere with my hands, as if I had control over an object outside my realm of being, all while feeling disoriented and nauseous. It’s been really fascinating it look back on it over the years.
